Digital Twin City
The digital twin city is a realistic 3 dimensions representation of a city. The 5 cm per pixel resolution twin city and its accurate positioning enable the navigation throughout the city; measurements; mapping; and develop multiple 3 dimensions interactive applications.
XEOS Imaging’s program aims to cover all medium and major Canadian cities every two years.
- Image resolution: 5 cm for vertical images and 5.5 cm for oblique images
- Tiled using a 1 km x 1 km tiling grid
- Web application enabling the 3D navigation directly from any standard web browsers (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, …)
- File format compatible with Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) international standards, ESRI (.SPLK) and many others.
